Founder & Artistic Director
Alison brings to The Company of Music, Theatre and Dance a wealth of professional experience in the Arts. She has performed on Broadway at the Shubert Longacre and
Gershwin Theatres, in Michael Bennett’s "A Chorus Line" as Maggie, Twyla Tharp’s "Singin’ in the Rain" as Miss Mary, and Joe Layton’s "Harrigan and Hart." She has
traveled the world (Hawaii, France, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Holland, Japan, China, Singapore, and New Zealand) in Broadway, National and World Touring Companies of
Duke Ellington’s "Sophisticated Ladies" as Shoo Shoo, and in Michael Bennett’s "A Chorus Line" as Diana Morales, Val, Maggie, and Bebe. Alison has worked professionally
with such renowned choreographers as: Michael Bennett, Joe Layton, Michael Smuin, Henry Le Tang, Danny Daniels, Bob Avian, Matt West, and Twyla Tharp. She is
professionally trained in classical ballet, tap, jazz, voice, and acting in New York City where she continues to stay abreast of the current trends. Alison is a member of
The Professional Actors Equity Association and The Screen Actors Guild. She is also the owner and artistic director of More Than Dance Studio in Jackson, NJ, where she
offers rehearsal facilities to The Company of Music, Theatre and Dance. Alison is married to Broadway Production Carpenter Charley P. Mann and is the proud mother of
three beautiful children who love to sing and dance! Alison is devoted to offering aspiring artists both young and old as well as semi-professional and professional the
opportunity and venue to explore and develop their craft in a professional setting. She wishes to thank those supporters who recognize the value and importance of the
arts in our community. The commitment continues to support the development of The Company of Music, Theatre and Dance and keeps the arts alive in our community.
